Subscribers of ZiffTalk receive a 'PhoneLink' upon registration. This 'PhoneLink' is copied and pasted into a business website, email, ad or listing. A visitor sees the 'PhoneLink' icon, clicks on it, and enters their phone number. ZiffTalk connects the visitor's phone line to the business' phone line, and captures all the details of the call and caller in real-time for display in the businesses' ZiffTalk account interface.

As a subscriber to our Enhanced plan, you can set a weekly Schedule for your PhoneLink to be actively accepting calls, and can manually control your Availability. You can do this through the Availability section in your ZiffTalk Client Web Interface.
First, make sure you set your Availability to "On" in your Client Web Interface. Then make sure, if you have set a weekly Schedule that you are currently within your hours of operation. Next make sure you have made an initial deposit into your account to cover your future minutely fees. When a web visitor uses ZiffTalk Service, we report date and time of the call, the call duration, visitor phone number, their IP address, the PhoneLink the call was made through, and web page URL from where the call was initiated. With our Premier plan, you also have the option to choose to view caller name and email address. All this information can be viewed in your ZiffTalk Client Web Interface in real-time.
Yes, all the call information listed in the FAQ immediately above can be view real-time in your Client Web Interface. The display of the reporting log can be targeted specifically to match your search parameters, and you can save any of your reports into an Excel spreadsheet.

The auto-refresh function ensures that your ZiffTalk service will never be temporarily disconnected. It authorizes ZiffTalk to automatically top off your account balance with your prescribed deposit amount whenever your balance runs below the minimum threshold.
